Electronic evaluation unit CMU 1000 The CMU 1000 is an electronic evaluation unit for the permanent online condition monitoring of machines and plants. The device must be supplied with corresponding data for this purpose which is recorded through the connected sensors. The recorded data (edited or unedited) can be forwarded by the CMU 1000 to other units and/or monitoring levels via various interfaces or as analogue values. The CMU 1000 runs the application program which is stored in in cyclically like an PLC. The user generates this programme simply and conveniently on a PC with the CM Editor developed for that purpose and transfers it afterwards into the CMU 1000. The CM Editor is a component part of the HYDAC PC software CMWIN starting with Version V03 included in the scope of delivery. It makes available per "Drag & Drop" various tools and functions based on the IEC 61131 for drafting, integrating and testing the user programme. A background-lit LCD display and three LEDs of different colours are available for status display and the depiction of messages and values on the device itself. The operation of the CMU 1000 and the input of data onsite takes place by means of an integrated keypad within the internal menu structure of the device. The CMU 1000 is designed for utilisation in machines in both the stationary and the mobile sectors. Linkage with higher-level control, monitoring and bus systems is possible without difficulty through the integrated interfaces or in combination with an additional coupling module. |
