Distance Sensor HLS500 The distance sensor HLS 528 is a touchless function, very compact sensor for the measurement of distances to fluids and objects. As a result of its functional principle (measurement of the sound transmission time), it operates with a very high resolution and measurement rate. The HLS 528 is available for measurement ranges up to 6000 mm and is obtainable in three signal output variants (2 switching outputs; 1 analogue output, 4... 20 mA or 0... 10V, plus 1 or 2 switching outputs). The sensor can be adjusted simply and conveniently with two push-buttons and a self-explanatory menu structure. A 3-character digital display is for displaying the current distance, 2 three-coloured LEDs show in addition the operating status. More information:
